The course “Sukuk Process and Parties Involved in Sukuk Issuance” provides participants with a clear understanding of how Sukuk is structured, issued, and managed. It outlines the step-by-step process, from identifying funding needs to launching and distributing the Sukuk.

Participants will learn about key parties involved—such as arrangers, trustees, legal and Shariah advisers, and rating agencies—and their roles throughout the issuance. The course also explains the difference between Sukuk issued with or without a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), and the requirements for Shariah compliance.
